How to refresh a content in side a particular widget only?

Hi, I use contempo template of Blogger. I want to refresh a widget only, while any of my visitors are clicking a button / link provided inside that widget itself. This is to enable them to view the newly added data inside the widget. Is it possible in Blogger?
