I'm facing slowness issue, how to improve the speed and stability.

this is showing on https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/  

how will i do that 

1.improve Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold 
content
2.improve Leverage browser caching
3.improve optimize image

my website page name is www.cravegamer.com

Please help me on this
