App to display my blog contents

Hi. I write some tutorial blogs on science and maths. It is approved by 
adsense. I have also received the message from blogger that, my blogs are 
mobile friendly. I write them on desktops with both windows and linux. Now 
 I wish to accomplish the following two tasks:
1. I want to make an android app
2. When people tap on that app on their devices, they must see the contents 
of my blogs.
Could you please tell me how to accomplish these tasks.
