How to keep page tabs highlighted on linked posts.

Hi everyone!

On this blog I have page tabs that highlight as you visit each page. On 
each particular page there are images with links that take you to the post 
associated with the image.

What I would like to know is if there is some simple CSS or HTML I can 
insert into my theme to keep the page tab highlighted when visiting a post 
that originated from that page.  For example, the necklace *pos*t below is 
linked from the Handcrafted Jewelry page, and I would like that Handcrafted 
Jewelry tab to remain highlighted for easy navigation back to that page.

I've been all over my HTML and have tried everything I know on a practice 
blog to get this done, but really am at a loss here. Anyone have any 
helpful hinties? Thanks for reading my tale of woe.
