I am integrating a new option that serves to contact the team (me) through a bubble that supports the blog. I've already added it by changing one thing from the html editor. the problem is that there is something that prevents cookies from being saved so that conversations or data in that bubble are not lost the intercom team told me the following: Ah, so that Amazing.js file doesn't have anything to do with Intercom here. It looks like the Intercom Javascript is added below that. There are some errors there though and there's also something wrong with the way the cookie is set - it's interesting that those CSP related errors disappeared. Blogger is not something that we do officially support though and I'm not sure if they strip some parts of the Javascript code that you pasted there, or if they prevent us from setting a cookie on your side. What I would recommend here is involving a Developer and also getting in touch with Blogger's support team to understand if they can run Intercom's snippet while setting up a cookie - would you be willing to go down this road? More meesages: Well as mentioned - we do not support running the Messenger by injecting its code into Blogger. That's mainly because we're not aware of how the code is processed by Blogger itself. The Messenger's code is intended to be added in the body of your own website, not into a third party solution. Visitors and returning visitors are identified based on a cookie that we generate on your site. This cookie seems to be missing entirely on your side. I can't tell if this cookie is not allowed by Blogger, or if something else is going on in there. I'd say the first action would be getting in touch with Blogger's support team to validate if they specifically deny setting cookies on their platform. If they say that's not the case and that the Messenger should run on their platform - I'd recommend involving a Developer who has previous experience with Blogger's platform to help you troubleshoot this - does this sound like a plan? my website: secitthe.blogspot.com I think it's something from cookies that are not saved. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Blogger Developer Group" group.
