I am using Notable Theme.
I am noob in HTML or CSS, or even photoshop , so really need some help 
here!!

1. How do I create the ''Next" or Newer Links in the blog?
The layout only let me go to older posts.

2. Possible to make it as the following to choose pages and show last page? 
Will it cause lag to the blogger system?

3. My notable sidebar seems to disappear once I click on any option like 
June 2018. Any way to address that though? If it can be addressed then I no 
need to make any changes.

4. For custom domain, does blogger accept Namecheap.com or 1 and 1 Domain? 
Which is better?

So far I see people using GoDaddy, but their pricing seems ridiculous to 
me. Sorry. :)
