AW: How to test html messages

Hi Lynn,



with firefox just install firebug and firepath as addon to firebug:



https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/firebug/



https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/firepath/



-> activate firebug (in the right lower corner)

-> click on "firepath"

-> Choose "xpath"

-> click on "choose element" (i dont know the correct english name of that field, it is on the left side, right of the bug).



Now you can see the xpath of every element by moving the mouse over that element:

  Thank you so much for your suggestion. I have been trying to download x-path, but the download page takes me somewhere else. Besides I find so much software like xpath builder, xpather,etc. Not sure which one to download. Can you please give me the link form where I can download the x-path just to identify the html element? Thanks.
