disabling com.gargoylesoftware.htmlunit log

I have been able to disable the rather noisy log message:

ERROR (com.gargoylesoftware.htmlunit.javascript.StrictErrorReporter)

by patching the log4j.properties included in the webtest jar.

Can this log be disabled without patching the webtest library?
