am having index.html file which is having jquery $(document).ready in the external .js file which was included in the index.html which is working fine with normal browsers . when am tring to invoke form the canoo  $(document).ready is not triggering, if  I moved same jquery $(document).ready to the index.html every thing is working fine. can please guide me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
