questions

Hi there,
               I hope you are doing fine.

I've got 2 questions. I'm currently trying webtest and decided to start with the demo. I've hit a snag and decided to join subscribing to webtest.

Q1- Do I need to be a member to ask questions?
Q2- Will I received an email to confirm that I've been added after sending the confirmation? (Received it)
Q3- We don't develop in java here. Could you confirm if I'm right? I will be able to configure html query to our web server and check the answers even if we don't develop in java here. I know I might have to do some java and/or write scripts... but can canoo web test be used as described?

Q4- Here is my snag that I've got.

I've followed the procedure:

·        http://webtest.canoo.com/webtest/manual/install.html

·        The latest JDK was installed and its path added to the environment variables.

·        Canoo web test is in the environment variables too. Path: is c:\webtest\

·        I've downloaded ANT but DID NOTHING with it as I've read this:

o    Ant version 1.8.4 or newer (optional)

o    WebTest's distribution contains the necessary part from ant 1.8.4 ready to run


I'm trying to create the web test project (seem to be required to run demo test) and getting this:

Erreur : impossible de trouver ou charger la classe principale org.apache.tools.
ant.launch.Launcher

Here is the error traduction in English: Error: Impossible to find ou load the principle class org.apache.tools.
ant.launch.Launcher

So what should I do next? I'm missing the next step. I did not plan to have an issue with ANT as it seem to me that everything what included in your installation pack for the demo.
I'm not sure how/what to do. Extract ANT and put it in the environment variables?
Copy some or all parts of ANT librairies + misc. files into canoo web test?
