I'm still using Webtest. I think, it's a very g= ood tool. So far I could cover all I wanted with it. Ease of use, reporting= , possibilities to structure the tests and reusing packages, all that is ju= st fine. So, I don't like to see it just fade away like that. Still I'm thinking abo= ut moving over to another tool as there is no activity or progress anymore. I work with a test team that are n= ot developers, and the ability to write test scripts using Ant XML is much = easier for them to grasp than writing Java code. I was able to get a version of Webtest running on htmlunit 2.12. But the c= hanges in 2.14 and dependencies are a little more daunting and I have not h= ad the time required to get a good feel for how all of the pieces work toge= ther so that I can make updates.
