Hello Janis, It is a good practive to keep your "Postive" command buttons ( eg:- Save, Submit...) aligned to the left and "Negative" command buttons (eg:- Cancel, Delete...) aligned to the right. This is with regard to the fact that human eyes scan from left to right and top to bottom. Also it is a fact that the frequency of "User" clicking positive buttons are more than clicking the negative buttons. So a grouping of buttons attend to that purpose.
