I recommend Ginny Redish's book http://redish.net/writingfortheweb/index.php/about-the-book/ - I recently used it to help prepare a lecture about writing for the web for health communication and it was perfect. I supplemented it with a few of Jakob Nielsen's articles such as http://www.useit.com/alertbox/percent-text-read.html. -- Lisa Neal Gualtieri, Ph.D. Adjunct Clinical Professor, Tufts University School of Medicine New course on Web Strategies for Health Communication: http://webstrategiesforhealth.com Blog on health: http://lisagualtieri.com Editor-in-Chief, eLearn Magazine, http://eLearnMag.org Blog on education: http://blog.acm.org/elearn/ Phone: 781-861-7373 Email: [email protected] On Fri, Jun 12, 2009 at 9:14 AM, Michele Marut <[email protected]> wrote: > All, > I need to pass on some writing for the web tips and resources to some > product managers. Can you share any best articles, books, sites, etc...? > > Thank you, > > > @MicheleMarut > > -------------------------------------------------------------- > Tip of the Day: Suspend your subscription if using auto replies > CHI-WEB: www.sigchi.org/web POSTINGS: mailto:[email protected] > MODERATORS: mailto:[email protected] > SUBSCRIPTION CHANGES & FAQ: www.sigchi.org/web/faq.html > -------------------------------------------------------------- > > -------------------------------------------------------------- Tip of the Day: Suspend your subscription if using auto replies CHI-WEB: www.sigchi.org/web POSTINGS: mailto:[email protected] MODERATORS: mailto:[email protected] SUBSCRIPTION CHANGES & FAQ: www.sigchi.org/web/faq.html --------------------------------------------------------------
