Hi Michele I second the recommendation for Ginny's book. If you'd like a web-based resource, have a look at my site www.editingthatworks.com It's a set of principles for writing for the web. I called it 'editing' because in my experience, organisations usually have a ton of material that they need to move to the web rather than writing original material.
