Hello, I'm about to do a heuristic evaluation of a Web site that is part content rich site and part Web application. Does anyone know of a set of heuristics appropriate for the Web (preferably research based)? I am familiar with Nielson & Gerhardt-Powals <http://www.usability.gov/methods/test_refine/heuristic.html#TheHeuristi cs> heuristics but was hoping to find something specific to the Web. Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated!
