document camera for recording mobile usability tests

Hi - I am looking for a document camera for recording usability tests and
am wondering if anyone on the list can recommend a one that is
unobtrusive, easy to use, and produces high quality video. Is it best to
use one that clips on to the mobile device or a free-standing camera?

I'll C&S responses and send them back to the list.
