CHI-Web colleagues,
Many studies have examined the general usability of websites. But what =
about websites whose primary audience is older adults? Do they follow =
published guidelines for designing websites for an older audience? To =
find out, Wiser Usability (http://WiserUsability.com) conducted a =
usability study of three websites of organizations that offer tours and =
cruises for older travelers. Nine women aged 55-80 participated in the =
