[Physical Activity Tracking Questionnaire]

You are being invited to participate in a research study titled [personal v=
isualization].  This study is being done by Majedah Alrehiely from Swansea =
University. The questionnaire was designed to find out more about physical =
activity tracking and self-trackers preferences. By participating in this s=
urvey you will be helping us in designing our personal visualization system=
