Request to participate in an experiment

Hello All,

I am a Ph.D. student working at the intersection of information science, te=
xt mining, and natural language processing. We are conducting a research at=
 George Mason University (GMU) to understand how people comprehend a text d=
ocument, and what makes the text hard to comprehend. This research will hel=
p in addressing information overload in the domains of Education, Online Me=
dia, and Cyber Security to name a few.

For this purpose, we are conducting an experiment where we are inviting you=
 to participate by clicking on the below Links to questionnaires. In the qu=
estionnaire, you will be asked to read a short essay and answer a few quest=
ions based on your reading. Once you have answered all the questions, pleas=
e hit the submit button to complete the questionnaire. Each questionnaire w=
ould take you about 10 - 20 min. Do not spend more than 20 min reading an e=
ssay as that would not indicate the essay to be easily comprehensible. Plea=
se answer all or as many questionnaires as you can.
