Documentation is available

As promised a v-e-r-y long time ago, I've completed what I intended to 
do for Cthumb.  There are some pieces missing, I know. Every time I go 
into the code, I find something else. But this is enough for now.

Please find problems and/or make improvements and send them to me (just 
save the file, edit it and send it to me). I'll sort out the changes 
easily enough.  At some point, Carlos, you can snatch the files (or 
better, ask me for a TGZ file) and then integrate it into a release of 
cthumb.

Myself, I'd integrate this HTML somewhere into the sourceforge web site 
and change the man page to point to it.  You can distribute it, but I 
think it's probably most useful for someone to just get there via 
his/her browser -- but that's your call really.

This clearly uses the stuff I know about and use. There are things in 
the code I'd never heard of. I keep forgetting how to use cthumb, so 
this is as much for me as anyone else :-)  I'd appreciate hearing from 
people who know about something that is wrong or missing.
