Improvement

Hi,
I am using version 4.2 of cthumb and I want to use headers and footers
for the generated files, not the server site includes, but the
"permanent" version.

The program is great about it, but is it possible to have something like
a header.english.html for the first language and then a
header.german.html for the second language so they are added to the
generated files depending on what language version is created?

Hope this is not too much to ask :).
