InsertExif bugfix

hello cthumb developers!
As I mentioned before, I think there's a bug in the "InsertExif"
code, since it doesn't work if the scaled-down pictures are stored in
the thumb/ directory. I think the problem is in the following lines:

if ($InsertExif == 1){
    my $relURL = relative_path($url, $pictureURL);
    my $exiftxt = [...] `jhead $relURL`

relative_path() returns the path of the picture relative to the html
page in which it is displayed, but what we really need is the
path of the picture relative to the current working directory,
that is $pictureURL.

I've written a small patch for cthumb 4.2, you can find it at
