new feature request

i frequently get asked the question - can i create my own
album interactively?

this would be a useful feature that would make things
much simpler for people creating the albums.

a simple web interface that would take picture
submissions and titles/stories and create an album.

i would even be happy if it the album creation and
running of cthumb not were automatic.

it would be like a simple php program to start a session,
let users submit pictures and titles and, say, one by one,
send them by email from the php process to a given email
with some formatting that would be ready for cthumb.

eventually, a link to this functionality could be output
by cthumb to the front-end to inputting pictures.

there must be _simple_ php example scripts with this functionality
around. anyone have pointers? anyone interested?
