Also I compiled curl from source code and installed it on /usr/local/bin for some testing purpose. After Ubuntu release upgrade, when I noticed this error, I totally uninstalled /usr/local/bin/curl as well removed the source directory (/usr/local/src/curl). Temporarily after this step, the error was gone. One day i rebooted the box, and the error was back again.
