Initially, Windows Curl is installed. Which Outdoor Remote Socket 16 amp can be directly controlled with Curl command?

Can anyone give an example of Curl command that solves this.

From Visual C++, I can launch a Curl command. Can this be used to invoke a Curl command to control an Outdoor Remote Socket 16 amp?

Do you also need to install libcurl?

Or is there any other ready-made solution to control an Outdoor Remote Socket 16 amp?

I am looking for someone who can do this, and can pay for the help.
