Feature Request: Improve MQTT feature (make it useable)

This is a followup to a bug report I entered about the MQTT protocol and
how it is not useable as-is: https://github.com/curl/curl/issues/16633

That issue was closed as it was deemed to be not a bug.

There has been a discussion about it on github:
https://github.com/curl/curl/discussions/16549

The most recent comment by "icing" indicated a solution by implementing an
"--output-chunked" option which would add length information, resolving the
problem.

This is a request to implement that solution.
