Suggestion -- add ETag to --xattr

If the extended attributes contained user.etag, i could
generate a request header f-None-Match for conditional
with no need to invent and remember a name for --etag-compare.

This could be a change in behavior with no new syntax.

I now find user.xdg.origin.url useful in scripts for
refreshing resources.
