I have been using Libcurl version 8.3 websockets in Windows environment
building with VS2010.
I would like to upgrade to latest Libcurl (8.11.1).
The download did not offer a projects VC10 solution.  
Does anyone have a V10 solution?
Is websockets automatically built in 8.11.1?  In 8.3 one had to specify a
build option.
