Bluergh. Unfortunately I am away on vacation over both this Hackathon and the 
Netnod meeting, which is a little annoying since I live in Stockholm so it 
would otherwise have been easy to sync up.

Anyway, let's see how far we can take curl's HTTPS RR and ECH support before 
this!
