Feature window opens today

Hello friends! We open the curl feature window today. We allow and will merge features into the master branch for the coming ten days. This cycle has a shortened feature window because the cycle was first shortened by a week for scheduling reasons and then yet another week was lost when we did a patch release. The feature window closes again on June 21. The pending curl 8.15.0 release is planned to happen on July 16.
