Time to drop wolfssh ?

Hey,

I added basic support for wolfSSH in the early 2020. It was never made as good 
as the other two backends and I don't know of anyone actually using it - 
nobody ever reported any bugs on it and nobody has requested it to get 
enhanced.

I think that is a pretty strong sign we should call it a defeat and remove it 
again.
