This email fell through the cracks on my side. I'm sorry for not having replied
sooner. I'm addressing it now while reviewing my inbox for past discussions on
ECH (when I noticed this outstanding question).

I've just enabled ECH in Debian Experimental, I've written a blog post about it
and referenced your presentation in the OpenSSL conference. Thanks for your
work on ECH.
