Re: Suggestions to improve MSVC support

Thanks for your interest in helping out improving curl's MSVC support.

Like so many other Open Source projects we have very few developers on Windows 
and there's a significant risk that not a single soul on this mailing list 
cares much about the problems you listed here. Or can even work on addressing 
them since that would mean blindly changing things and hoping those are done 
in the way they should be. I know I can't.

I would urge you to convert your proposals into pull-requests and submit them 
on GitHub as then we can work on them one by one and get them sorted out the 
way we can all agree they should be done.
