Specify source IP address

Hello,
Is there any way to specify source ip address when curling?
In POSIX its int bind(int sockfd, const struct sockaddr *addr,
socklen_t addrlen);
And in PHP its bool socket_bind ( resource $socket , string $address
[, int $port= 0 ] )
