Webservice handshake fails

Hi;

I need webservice connection to a government site but its fails in the
handshake. 

I use Debian Lenny and Ubuntu 10.04 and handkshake fails in both
but get success in Fedora 13.

I guess the problem is in OpenSSL because fedora uses NSS mozilla.

This is the test security of website
http://demo.iaik.tugraz.at/sslinfoservlet/servlet/iaiksslserverinfo/info?hostname=hom.nfe.fazenda.gov.br&port=443

The others webservices from government states works without problems
only this one make me a headache.


This one work nicely :
