Nelson,Is it possible to download them directly with curl?
I would say 'yes'. However, you are trying to display 'mixed' file-types, and the header("Content-type: image/jpeg") will cause 2 errors. Did you catch my 'typo' - not jpeg, png?
Searching for my own issue, I found this:
http://www.edmondscommerce.co.uk/php/php-save-images-using-curl/
and another:
http://return-true.com/2010/05/showing-or-saving-an-image-retrieved-via-curl/
Beyond here, I cannot be much more help.
