Curl v7.2.6 idn issue

Hey guys!

I have server with php 5.5.4 and curl 7.2.6. phpinfo() marks =ABIDN=BB as =

=ABYes=BB in cURL section.

It throws error: =ABCouldn't resolve host=BB while i put it idn hostname in =

national chars. I forced to convert via idn_to_ascii().

Any ideas to debug it?
