(Apologies if you receive more than one of these.)

Thanks to everyone who completed our courses survey questionnaire. Oliver P=
ink at SAP was the lucky winner of the Amazon voucher.

Based on the feedback from the survey, we've set up a regular programme of =
UCD, UX, usability and related soft skills courses in London. We may extend=
this to other locations if demand dictates, but we are always willing to r=
un courses in-house or in specific locations if requested. Just get in touc=
h.

The courses are:
- Card Sorting for Navigation Design
- Web Design for Usability (particularly suitable for developers and manage=
rs)
- Communicating with Emotional Intelligence (with activities focussed on IT=
 and new media)
- Agile UCD
- Persona-Driven Design
- Negotiating Skills (with activities focussed on IT and new media)
- Ajax Design & Usability

These are all one-day courses. Many have been run in full or half-day versi=
ons at a variety of conferences, including Nielsen Norman Group's Usability=
Week. (In fact, I am teaching two of these courses at the UPA conference i=
n Munich next Monday and Tuesday - Ajax Design & Usability and Web Design f=
or Usability. See http://www.upassoc.org/conference/2010/index.new.html)

All of the course places are available on a 3-for-the-price-of-2 basis. You=
can book any three places and get the cheapest free. This works for multip=
le attendees on the same course (which is how we've run this in the past) o=
r for a single attendee on multiple courses. See the schedule and booking =
form for more details.

As always, there is also an early booking discount which runs up to about a=
 month before the course.=20
