(With apologies for any duplication.) Our Agile User Experience and UCD course was well-received in Brussels last= week. This is being repeated next month in Hamburg and London. We also hav= e a follow-on workshop, where participants will be able to spend more time = developing personas and interaction designs, called Persona-Driven Design o= n 6 Dec in London. The Hamburg course follows an evening talk I am giving a= t the betahaus the night before. See http://www.ixda.org/local/event/27496= =20 We have also had news that two of our courses, Agile UX and UCD and a half-= day version of our Card Sorting for Navigation Design course will be part o= f the CHI 2011 conference programme next May in Vancouver. Course informati= on won't be on the conference web site for a few months yet, but the URL is= www.chi2011.org. Finally, we've broadened the scope of our full-day card sorting course to i= nclude significantly more material on information architecture. The revised= course is now called User-Centred Information Architecture and will premie= r in London on 17 Jan.
