The workshop is hands-on, with the objective of letting participants put in= to practice a variety of tools and techniques to make users the focus of de= velopment projects. It also covers the psychologically of personas - why th= ey are so important, especially in teams and organisation with a technology= focus. Other topics included are: - Affinity diagramming & grounded theory (how to make sense of dat= a from field research) - From requirements to user stories - Persona-weighted feature matrices - Mapping user stories to design - Conceptual modelling and wireframes - Sketching and prototyping techniques You do not need to have an extensive background in usability or user-centre= d design to come on this course.
