What package? Dillo 3 is already in Debian. :-) Just in experimental
yet, but I'll upload it to unstable surely, too.

Do you want to become co-maintainer? I'm maintaining the dillo package
in Debian via a git repository on Alioth:

http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=collab-maint/dillo.git

To get write access, you'll need an Alioth account (you already have
one as I see) and be member of the collab-maint group (you don't seem
to be member yet, but it should need nothing more than just applying
for it).
