Focussing main to be able to immediately start scrolling with the
keyboard after the page has loaded.

I found it too often annoying when (in other browsers) some site sets
the focus after loading to some input field like e.g. the search area
and therefore prevents scrolling. Latest example was the online shop
at galaxus.com.
