Compiling on wheezy

Hi there,

  FYI, the last Debian wheezy update requires -fPIC for dillo
to compile (at least in my 64bit machine).

  e.g.

  CFLAGS="-g -O0 -fPIC" CXXFLAGS="-g -O0 -fPIC" ./configure --enable-ssl
