No serious patches, just compiling with gcc (4.7), no important warnings. Debugging is more complicated, since we don't have a working gdb with Irix. I will be unavailable from tomorrow to Saturday. I have some time on Sunday to set up a system with remote login. If Gabor is faster, you should go for OS X.
