Iceweasel (Firefox):
  View -> Page Style -> (No Style | Fresh, Revolution)

Haven't yet found out how it works with Chromium.

In dillo, it should be rather simple to integrate the styles into the
tools menu. Perhaps some configuration per site would be nice, too.
