Currently in dillorc there is "middle_click_opens_new_tab" which
controls whether links that are middle clicked open in a new tab or a
new window. How about allowing the ability to open it /the other way/
when that middle click is accompanied by, say, the CTRL button?
(Instead of having to dig through the right-click menus to do this.)

This can be trivially done by changing line 759 of html.cc (in dillo
3.0.5) to be something like:

 if (prefs.middle_click_opens_new_tab != (event->state == CONTROL_MASK))
