Dillo ignores new lines in submitting and rendering in HTML forms

Two examples that I posted tonight:

Here, the <code></code> section has no line breaks, but renders ok in
FF etc.

This one I posted with Dillo, but the <enter> line breaks are gone so
all end up on one line.
