Can't display improper Content-Type images

For example the main pic in:
  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beryllium_disease

The 300 pixel version of it is sent with:
  Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded
  Content-Length: 40768
  https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/f/f5/Chronic_berylliosis_%288054314225%29.jpg/300px-Chronic_berylliosis_%288054314225%29.jpg

I guess dillo currently obeys the content-type header, but perhaps it
would be better to use some library to check the content type on it's
own?
