Maybe the following will work 1. Check for existence of a custom PEM file. If so, skip to step 5 2. Scan all folders and files as before 3. Also parse the files as before, removing duplicates 4. Create a custom PEM file with the above information 5. Scan files in step 1 to see if any have modification times newer than this PEM file. Or can be triggered on PEM file older than age 6. If so, rerun from step 2 7.
