This appendix describes suggested and deprecated (at the same time!) event
constructors for the DOM3 events. These are being properly spec'ed in UI Events
so there's no value having this obsolete information here.

This appendix should be removed or reduced to a few paragraphs. References to
it should point to the new UI Events spec instead.
